Diablo Forge, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@diabloforge.co.uk with your order details. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
