Diablo Forge aims to deliver your products quickly and securely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. However, Diablo Forge is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs processes.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@diabloforge.co.uk with photos and details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
